The Black Madonna of Perpetual Help

WHY

When someone you love has died, you deserve a minister who will come to know who they were. I will sit with you, listen to their story, and shape a service that honors the life they lived and commends them to God with love. Every family is welcome here, of every faith and of none.

WHAT

Funeral services, wakes and vigils, graveside committals, and memorial services, in English, Spanish, or both, at the funeral home, the church, the graveside, or your home.

Grief counseling for the weeks and months after the service, when the grief settles in and others have gone home.

WHO

I would be honored to walk with your family through these days, and to keep you in my prayers long after.

Rev. Dr. Tony Rivera, Pastor of The Black Madonna of Perpetual Help Ministries, officiates funerals and wakes.

Grief counseling is provided by Rev. Dr. Rivera, who holds a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling, as Director of Kindling Resilience, who offers volunteer hours to The Black Madonna of Perpetual Help Ministries.
